It's the most wonderful time of the year! The holiday season is the time when a butcher shop truly gets to show its meddle. The link below features ideas that we hope can work for all budgets and any sized gathering.
This year we have crafted an incredible menu of take n' bakes, appetizers, charcuterie boards, pasta meal kits, mains and sides available to make your holiday festivities perfect!
We'll have porchettas, beef roasts, breakfast sausage, Toulouse sausage, sun dried tomato sausage, Italian sausage, smoked hams (very limited), ducks, heritage chickens, turkeys and plenty of other meats to center your table!
For starters, sides and desserts we're offering small and large charcuterie boards, tiramisu, chocolate budino, kummelweck rolls, breakfast sausage stuffing and chicken liver mousse!

*Note, the shop will be open from 10am- 4pm on December 24th, closed on December 25th and December 26th. Pickups are available starting Sunday, December 22nd.

Online Grocery Orders
When placing an online Order Request for fresh meat, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours to prepare your order. A collaboration between Mothers and Sons’ Josh DeCarolis and Left Bank Butchery. In Raleigh’s Transfer Co. Food Hall, Alimentari at Left Bank serves a menu of tigelle sandwiches, fresh pasta by the pound, and other Italian specialties in addition to being Raleigh’s only completely local, whole animal butchery and charcuterie shop.
